Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of ByTild garments, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or delayed delivery once an item has been dispatched.
Please choose carefully and refer to the size guide before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us at hello.bytild@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- Your item is faulty
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the incorrect item
To report an issue, please email hello.bytild@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, is not as described, or does not perform as reasonably expected, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
